Bad....bad...bad...Brian! But lets talk about games!

All I can say is wow, I have not been very good lately with updates to the blog but that will hopefully change and be more consistent once I add this to my calander.

Enough of my BS and lets get into what I have been playing for the last couple of months. The first game that comes to mind is Alan Wake, this is my one of my top games of 2010 so far along with Mass Effect 2. I had a lot of fun playing it and my wife even watched the prequel episodes with me on Xbox LIVE (they were a great set up for the game & will get the mood set for you). The only thing that I have to complain about Alan Wake is the super long & horrible marketing strategy for the free DLC (if you bought the game new). The game is paced well with the long Chapters and cliff-hanger endings leaving you wanting more of the story and the fun game play.

Next is a game I have been playing with my buddy for the last 8 months on and off again...you guessed it Borderlands. Great game, super fun to play especially if you have ADD but by the end (two DLC packs later) we were just dueling each other until we could not take it anymore ;)

I also played IL 2 Sturmock or whatever the fucked it's called? I wanted a fun airplane combat game and I bought into the internet hype or praise and played a quarter of the way through the game and then could not get past a mission. Which equals no mas for me, but it is a good game for flying fans.
